Zola M. Smith (Moore)

Albion:  Zola Smith, 93, passed away December 27, 2021 at the LeRoy Village

Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born August 11, 1928 in Brockport, NY the daughter of the late Cecil and Jessie (Davis) Moore Sr.  Zola enjoyed moving, going out to eat and loved spending time with her family.  She was a member of Disciples United Methodist Church.

Zola was predeceased by her husbands, Donald Buck and Watson “Smitty” Smith; sister, Colleen Sauro; brothers, Cecil Jr., Ronald, and Clifford Moore.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her children, Karen (Ron) Meiers of Holley, Laurie (Harry) Ettinger of Brockport and Andrew (Rebecca) Smith of Batavia; 5 granddaughters, 2 grandsons and 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Vera Kingdollar, Freida Sabo, Betty Fulks, Bernice Smith, Robert Moore, David (Becky) Moore and Sandy (Jerry) Kozlowski; also survived by several in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A private graveside service will be held at Hillside Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Disciples United Methodist Church, 4410 Holley Byron Rd. Holley, NY 14470 or the charity of your choice.
