Albert D. Turner, age 82, died July 25, 2025 in Elderwood at Lockport Care Facility following a brief illness. He was born April 15, 1943 in Lockport to Stewart and Blanche (Miller) Turner and was a life-long resident of this area.
Al was a United States Marine Corps Veteran having served from 1960-1966. He was a member of the Solid Rock Assembly of God Church, the UAW Union #686 and the NRA. He enjoyed travelling, commercial painting and boating in his earlier years.
Al is survived by a very special friend and caregiver: Calvin (Lorie) Dufour of Gasport.
Visitation for Al will be held on Saturday from 11am-12pm at The Solid Rock Assembly of God Church, 8590 Rochester Rd., Gasport, NY, 14067 where his Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Cold Springs Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Church at the address above. Al’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home of Gasport.
