Alice D. Flansburg entered into eternal rest on June 23, 2026 in Western New York near her family.
She was born on December 31, 1933 in Utica, New York. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Ruth Donnafield.
Alice was retired from Orangeburg South Carolina School District Five.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean, and daughter, Donna along with sister, Ruth Irwin and sister in law, Janet Hart.
She resided in Orangeburg, South Carolina since 1962 and spent the last several years near family in Albion, New York.
She is survived by her son, Barry (Carolyn) Flansburg. Three grandchildren, Benjamin (Sara) Flansburg, Christopher (Samantha) Flansburg, Amanda (Joe) Nash.
Six great grandchildren, Molly and Landon Flansburg, Luke and Rory Flansburg, Bode and Tessa Nash, also, sister, Pauline Lanning and many nieces and nephews.
Interment was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Orangeburg, South Carolina. Arrangements for family were private and entrusted to Christopher-Mitchell Funeral Home in Albion, New York and Dukes Harley Funeral Home in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
