Obituary of Alvin G. Dill (HOLLEY)
Alvin G. Dill, age 82 of Orchard Street, died 6/27/08 in Lakeside Memorial Hospital following a short illness. He was born June 9, 1926 in Webster to George and Anna(Siels)Dill and had lived in this area most of his life. Mr. Dill was a US Navy Veteran of WWII, a member of St. Mary Church, the American Legion, and member and Past Chief (1963-65) of the Holley Fire Department. Alvin was also the 1st President of the Holley Band Boosters, a Kodak Retiree(1982), and loved to fish?especially while vacationing in Corpus Christi during the winter months
