Ann G. Caswell

Holley: Ann G. Caswell, age 80, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2026 at Rochester General Hospital. She was born on July 15, 1945 in Albion to the late Salvatore and Jane (Pera) Gentile.

Ann worked for many years as a counselor at Albion Correctional Facility and more recently as a substitute teacher for the Churchville Chili School District. She was proud to be a mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family, including her “grand animals.” She found comfort in being at the beach and also reading a good mystery type of book.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband David Caswell in 2012.

Ann is survived by her children, Douglas (Micky) Caswell, Diana (Kevin) Buchholtz, Kristopher Caswell, grandchildren, Justin DiNapoli, Olivia & Greyson Caswell, Alexandra & Nora Buchholtz.

Ann will be laid to rest next to her husband privately at White Haven Memorial Park in Pittsford.

Memorial contributions in Ann’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
