Anna Mae Brandt, age 91, died peacefully in her home March 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 18, 1934 in Akron, NY a daughter of William and Jessie (Ball) Whitlocke and was a life-long resident of this area.
Anna worked at the Ford Gumball Factory for many years in her younger days and kept active working on the family farm. She enjoyed reading, smocking pillows, puzzles and numerous crafts. Mrs. Brandt was predeceased by her husband Harold, a brother William Whitlocke Jr., granddaughter: Abbey Bontempi, as well as two sisters: Margaret Buth and Alberta Baker.
She is survived by her daughters: Barb (Fred) Kenney of Gasport, Diane (Late Bill) Bontempi of Medina, Bev (Rick) Rodgers of Medina, 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours and services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY, 14094. Anna's arrangements have been entrusted to the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home of Gasport.
