Beverly A. Wojtkowski, age 81 (but if you asked her- 29), died January 28, 2022 in Eastern Niagara Hospital with her family at her side.
She was born September 24, 1940 in Lockport to Dwight and Marguerite (Simons) Wirth and was a life-long resident of this area. Beverly had worked for many years as an LPN in Dr. Robert Bull’s office in Lewiston. She enjoyed performing in musical theatre with the Lake Plains Players, reading, traveling, and being a sports fan for the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Bisons. Her greatest joy, however, was serving her patients and fulfilling her calling as a nurse. Mrs. Wojtkowski was predeceased by her sister Sandra Hurdiss.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years Edward, her children: Cassandra (Michael) Burgess of MA, Terri (Raymond) Bedford of Lockport, Julie (Randy) Eddy of SC, Christine (Mark) Pittler of Gasport, Jeffrey Wojtkowski of VA as well as 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours and her service and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
