Billy Ray Baxley

Albion:  Billy Ray Baxley, 70, passed away September 27, 2026 at his home. Billy was born May 18, 1956 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, a son of the late Paul and Rosemary (Tanner) Baxley. Billy enjoyed spending time with family and friends and also enjoyed playing BINGO. He was a former employee of Lyndonville Vinegar, Inc.

He is survived by his life partner Rosemary Parsons, son Billy Ray Baxley of Niagara Falls, daughter Lynette Delacruz, sister Linda Skidmore, brother Ronald (Dawn) Owen several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Billy's family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes 21 W. Avenue, Albion, NY on Saturday October 3, from 12:00-2:00pm. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
