Obituary of Burton F. Drew (Albion/Newfane)
Burton F. Drew, age 83, formerly of Northwood Drive, died 11/3/2013 in Medina Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. He was born 11/20/1929 in Rochester to Howard and Ruth (Franks) Drew and had lived in this area all of his life. Mr. Drew was a graduate of Albion Central School, and was the owner of B.F. Drew Construction Company. Burton was very family oriented and had a deep and great love for his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Vinnie, his son: Stephen Drew of Albion, daughters: Judy(Jay)Kurtz of Barre, Sandy(Dan)Alberter of Newfane, brother: Kenneth(Ruth)Drew of Kent, 10 grandchildren and about 30 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Avenue-Albion, FRIDAY 4-7 p.m. where Family and friends are invited to attend Mr. Drew's Funeral Service SATURDAY at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be private in Mount Albion Cemetery.
