Cheryl Ann Bloomingdale

Appleton: Cheryl Ann Bloomingdale, age 71, passed away peacefully at home on April 28, 2026, with family by her side. She was born in July of 1954, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Cheryl was a successful harness horse trainer for many years and had a lifelong love of animals, especially horses. She enjoyed watching nature and had a special knack for spotting birds. Above all, she found her greatest joy in her grandchildren. She cherished every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories while sharing in their many activities, including go-kart racing, horse shows, and countless baseball, hockey, and soccer games.

She also loved traveling with her husband to some of their favorite places, including Maine and Marco Island.

Cheryl is survived by her devoted husband of over 50 years; her three children, one son and two daughters; and her five beloved grandchildren, four grandsons and one granddaughter, all who brought her immense pride and happiness. She is also survived by her sister and four brothers, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and one brother.

Services for Cheryl will be held privately.
