Christine E. "Muffet" Lowe, beloved soulmate, cherished mother, and devoted grandmother, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, at the age of 53. Born in Lockport, New York, on Sunday, July 30th, 1972, Muffet lived a life full of love, wisdom, and unwavering strength.
Muffet was the soulmate, life partner, and best friend of Tim Buzard Sr. of Albion, with whom she shared 35 wonderful years. Together, they built a beautiful family and life filled with laughter and devotion. Muffet was a nurturing mother to Cassandra (Oscar) Rowling of SC, Kayla (Joey) Rowling of Medina, Timothy (Kristina) Buzard Jr. of Albion, Ashley (James) Buzard of Albion, Noah (Danesha) Buzard of Medina, and Anthony Buzard of Albion. Her legacy continues through her beloved grandchildren, including Karissa and Kalub Rowling, and her treasured great-granddaughter Kyara. Muffet is also survived by her 11 siblings and many nieces and nephews who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
As a dedicated dietician at Orchard Manor Nursing Home in Medina, New York, Muffet's work ethic and passion for her job were unmatched. She was respected and admired by colleagues and residents alike. Muffet found joy in gardening and cooking, often sharing her delicious meals with family and friends. A true God-fearing woman, she wore her heart on her sleeve and lived with a generous spirit that touched everyone she met.
Muffet was preceded in death by her loving parents, James E. Lowe and Beverly I. McKenzie. Her family takes comfort in knowing that they are reunited in eternal peace.
Christine's service and interment will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home of Albion.
