Christopher J. Acker

Christopher J. Acker, age 64, died January 20, 2023 in his home following a battle with pancreatic cancer.  

He was born March 3, 1958 in Brockport to Bernard and Marion (Franke) Acker and had lived in this area all of his life.  

Chris was an employee of Jacobstein Food Services and in earlier years had attended OLBVM Parish in Brockport where he also served as an altar boy.  He was an avid golfer, enjoyed going to the casino, loved to travel-especially cruises and was a huge pet lover.  His greatest joy was to spend time with his family.

Chris is survived by his wife of 39 years Kimberly, his son: Nicholas (Catherine) Acker of Greece, his daughter: Bailey (Richard) Duncan of Chili, his brothers: Stephen (Kathryn) Acker of TN, Martin (Araceli) Acker of RI, his sister: Elaine Acker of Groveland, his beloved dog “Lily” as well as several nieces and nephews.  

There will be no calling hours.
