Cindy Koepsel

(Middleport) Cindy Koepsel age 77, passed away October 16, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 1, 1949, in Lockport, a daughter of the late Stanley and Dorothy (Bescher) Ralph.

Cindy was a member of the County Line Country Church. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres and the New York Yankees. She also enjoyed knitting, square dancing, bowling, computer games, her animals and playing euchre with the members of the Medina Senior Citizens Center. Most importantly, Cindy loved spending time with her family who will remember her as being the most selfless person they knew.

Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Bill; daughters Sherry (Michael) Petta, Amy (Kevin) Drum; grandsons Max and Tyler Chraston; sister Gloria Arnold; twin sister Sylvia Williams as well as a niece and several nephews.

There are no prior calling hours. Her Funeral Service will be private held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Somerset Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the County Line Country Church, 1385 County Line Rd, Barker, NY 14012, Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 332, Lockport, NY 14095 or Medina Senior Citizens Center, 615 West Ave, Medina, NY 14103. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bates, Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, Middleport.
