David E. Crandall

Obituary of David E. Crandall (MIDDLEPORT) David E. Crandall, age 92, died August 11, 2021 in Medina Memorial Hospital following a long illness. He was born April 23, 1929 in Geneva, NY and had lived in this area most of his life. David was a Director for the Niagara Milk Co-Op and used to own and operate Crandall Dairy Farm. He was an Eagle Scout, a former Scout Master and enjoyed square dancing and horticulture. Mr. Crandall was predeceased by a son: Daniel Crandall, brother: Donald, and sisters: Eleanor, Helen and Mary. He is survived by his wife Elinor, his children: Nancy (David) Gorten of Canandaigua, Michael Crandall of Medina, Patrick (Patricia) Crandall of Lockport, Martin (Lisa) Heiser of MI, as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. Service and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Supportive Care of Orleans, P.O. Box 489, Albion, NY, 14411. David’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home of Middleport.
