David Charles Siplo

David C. Siplo, age 74, passed away unexpectedly on July 12 2026. He was born January 4, 1952, in Rochester, NY, to Joseph and Doris (Thorpe) Siplo.

David enjoyed catching up with his girls, playing with his grandchildren, listening to local music with his partner, Amy, tinkering on his vintage truck, cutting flower bouquets and spending time at The River. He was a giver with a big heart, always willing to help where he could.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his beloved wife Jackie in 2010,

David is survived by his two daughters, Jenny Rae (Shaun) Swan, Nikki Siplo, grandchildren Kelly and Reece Swan, significant other Amy Wright DeYoung, siblings Brian (late Maria) Siplo, Patricia (Bill) Thomas, Ann (George) Levy, brothers-in-law Daniel (Marty) Marquart, Scott (Becky) Marquart, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

David's arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home 16650 State Route 31 Holley, NY.
