Delilah Rae Klos

Middleport:  Delilah Rae Klos, infant daughter of Adam and Rebecca (Jones) Klos, passed away peacefully July 21, 2022 at Golisano Children’s Hospital.

In addition to her parents Adam & Rebecca (Jones) Klos, Delilah is survived by her siblings, twin sister Delaney, Aveleen, Dylan, Raymond, Emmalee and Leland; grandparents, Dawn (Robert) Heideman, Dawn Klos and Deanna Goff along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St. Middleport on Monday July 25, from 4:00-6:00, followed by her funeral service at 6:00pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Golisano Children’s Hospital, Larry and Cindy Bloch Alumni and Advancement Center, 300 East River Road, P.O. Box 278996, Rochester, NY 14627.
