Eleanor L. King

Eleanor Louise King, entered her rest on April 5th, 2024. Born to Joseph and Mary (Rogers) Lipsett on October 8th, 1947 in Sunbury, PA. Predeceased by husband of 41 years, Wayne Leroy King; brother Arthur Lipsett; sisters Eileen Hunter and Rose Ackley; daughter Tammy King; daughter-in-law Michelle King; and great-grandson Nicholas Torregrossa Jr.

Survived by sister Pat (Tom) Gamble, sons Todd and Joseph (Connie) King, daughter Roxanne (Marv) Dobson, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Eleanor worked for many years as a home health care aide, deeply committed to those under her care. A petite lady with a big heart for all God’s creatures, Eleanor enjoyed yard sales, decorating, and family get-togethers.

A private graveside service will be held in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Albion at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: PAWS, 3371 Gaines Basin Rd., Albion, NY, 14411.
