Franklin D. Miller

(Waterport) Franklin D. Miller age 68, passed away unexpectedly November 3, 2026. He was born January 28, 1958 in Albion, a son of the late Charles and Florence (Birch) Miller and had lived in this area all of his life.

Frank graduated from Albion High School in 1977. He retired from Lakeside State Park where he worked as a groundskeeper for many years. He was a volunteer fire fighter for Carlton Fire Department and enjoyed reading, watching old movies and Storage Wars. But most of all, Frank loved bingo and going to the casino with his mom.

He is survived by his brother Frederick Miller; niece Sarah (John) Cassidy; great-niece Emily (Chris) Cassidy; great-nephew Brayden Cassidy; aunts Beverly Downey, Lois (Richard) Preston; uncle Willis (Bonnie) Birch as well as several cousins.

Frank's services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to Office for the Aging, Meals on Wheels Program, 14016 Route 31, Albion NY 14411. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Albion.
