Janet McClary

Janet G. McClary, age 65, died July 8, 2026 in Strong Memorial Hospital. She was born September 7, 1960 in Albion to Robert and Alice (Thiel) Coville and had lived in this area all of her life.

Janet enjoyed playing games on her tablet and loved flowers. However, as a very family oriented woman, her greatest joy was interacting with her grandchildren as well as her nieces and nephews. Mrs. McClary was predeceased by her parents Robert and Alice Coville, her step-father Richard Peruzzini, and her siblings: Barbara Coville, Robert Coville Jr., and Larry Peruzzini.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years Donald McClary Jr., her sons: Donald (Eliza) McClary III, of Holley, Richard (Willow) McClary of TX, her daughter: Jennifer (Rudercindo) Caraballo of Waterport, her brother: David Peruzzini of Waterport, her sisters: Margaret (Charles) Swan of Barre Center, Kim (Douglas) Mergler of Waterport, her 7 grandchildren: Jacob, Damon, Veronika, Kaydence, Chase, Axton, Ameer as well as several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, 21 West Avenue-Albion on Wednesday July 15th from 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm where her Funeral Service will be held immediately following visitation, with the service beginning at 7pm. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: The American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX, 75231.
