John S. Weese, age 54, died March 24, 2026 in United Memorial Medical Center following a long illness. He was born April 18, 1971 in Medina, a son of Denver and Elizabeth (Monagan) Weese and was a life-long resident of this area.
John was a gifted artist who enjoyed drawing-especially butterflies. He also collected clowns, enjoyed listening to Country Music, and had a great sense of humor. John loved to spend time with his family, especially the younger generations. Mr. Weese was predeceased by his father Denver Weese, and his brother: Melvin Weese.
He is survived by his mother: Elizabeth "Liz" Weese of Albion, his brother Henry Lee Weese of Albion, a sister Deborah (Jerome) Staton of Albion, 1 niece, 1 nephews and several cousins.
There will be no calling hours. A Graveside Service in Mt. Albion Cemetery will take place at a later date and time at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a memorial donation to a charity or organization of your choosing. John's arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home of Albion.
