Obituary of Joseph E. Navarra Joseph E. Navarra age 60 died suddenly October 28, 2011. He was born July 21, 1951 in Albion a son of Joseph and Florine (Passarelli) Navarra. Joe was a member of Holy Family Parish, St. Mary's Athletic Club, Strickland Post V.F.W, and a life member of the Albion Fire Dept. Dye Hose Co. #5.He was a mason at the Albion Correctional Facility and was the owner of J.E.N. Management, Northwood & Creekwood Apartments. Joe was also an avid fisherman and coin collector.
