Gasport: Kelton (Kelly) Cake passed away on Sunday April 2nd at Niagara Hospice with his loved ones by his side after a hard-fought battle against Cancer.
Kelly is survived by the love of his life Patricia (Loftus); 3 sons Joseph (Sarah), Jason, Michael; grandchildren Matthew, Bridget, Allison, Mannox, Isis. He is preceded by his parents Merritt and Francis (Wiegand) Cake, his in-laws George and Jennie (Starks) Loftus and Brother- In-Law Robert Loftus.
Born in Fort Eustis Virginia on June 11, 1951. He graduated from Wilson High School in 1971. He retired after 30 years at GM and was a member of the Buick GS club of America. Kelly enjoyed working in his yard and garden and loved decorating for Halloween , making memories with his Grandchildren and spending time with his family including his Brothers-In-Law George and John Loftus, nieces Deanna and Michelle and family pet Teddi.
Family will receive friends at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main St. on Friday April 7, from 4-6pm followed by Kelly’s Funeral Service at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice or Roswell Park.
