Kenneth J. Snider, age 80, died September 23, 2023 in Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center following a brief illness.
He was born October 2, 1942 in Rochester to James and Florence (Benedict) Snider and was a lifetime resident of this area. Ken was a retiree of Rochester Products and enjoyed bowling, and watching the cargo ships in Alexandria Bay and in the 1000 Islands.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Carol, his children: David Snider and Karen Snider both of Albion, his sisters: Barbara Manley of Webster, Carolyn Goeltz of Gates, his granddaughter: Emma Snitzel as well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours. A Celebration of Ken's life will be held at a later date. Inurnment in Mt. Albion Cemetery will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY, 14626.
