Marilyn Christopher, at the age of 99, of Kent, NY passed away peacefully on August 3, 2026. Marilyn was born on August 2, 1927, the daughter of the late Frederick and Lillian (Kiefer) Conradt.
Marilyn worked for thirty-seven years as a Head Cook at the Albion Central Schools. She retired at the age of 85. Marilyn was a member of the Holy Family Parish, St. Joseph’s Church, and past President of the American Legion Sheret Unit #35 Ladies Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her loving husband, Michael J. Christopher, great grandson, Miles Eugene Christopher, sister Elsie Skellen, several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Marilyn is survived by her children Steven (Cheryl) Christopher, Mark (Linda Rush) Christopher, James (Lisa Smith Brunelle) Christopher, Nicholas (Theresa) Christopher; grandchildren: Anthony (Michelle) Christopher, Michael Christopher, Ashley (Dean Spitzer) Christopher, Thomas (Carmen) Rush, Michael Rush, Amanda (Dennis) Gilbar and family, Alyssa Christopher, Justin (Melissa) Christopher, Timothy Christopher, Elizabeth (Kyle) Anderson, and Katherine (Mark) Driesel; great-grandchildren: Aidan Christopher, Kaylee Christopher, Paige Christopher, Brayden Christopher, Lilianna Rush, Annabelle Rush, Aiden Rush, Owen Rush, Brinn Rush, Emmie Driesel, Kole Driesel; Brother: Fred Conradt, and Sister-in-law Betty Christopher.
No calling hours will be observed. There will be a remembrance mass for Marilyn on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 10:00 am, St. Joseph’s Church, West Park Street, Albion, NY, followed by a Christian burial at Mt. Albion Cemetery.
