Mary S. Wagner, age 96, formerly of Platt Street, died 7/4/06 in the Orleans County Nursing Home following a long illness. She was born July 21, 1909 in Buffalo to John and Victoria(Plafzczyca)Smitzney and was a lifetime resident of this area. Mrs. Wagner was a member of St. Joseph's R.C. Church and had worked 15 years as a Nursing Aide at the Orleans County Nursing Home.
