Obituary of Patricia Ann Chojnacki Middleport: Patricia Ann Chojnacki, 76, died suddenly June 22, at her home. Pat retired from N.Y.S. and was a member of Hartland Bible Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Robert; children, Kelly (John) Swanson, Scott (Amy) Chojnacki, Geoffrey (Shannon) Chojnacki; 9 grandchildren & 1 great-granddaughter; sister, Doris (Ronald) Anderson; several nieces, nephews, cousins. Pat’s Memorial Service will be held at Hartland Bible Church, 8110 W. Ave., Gasport, NY on Saturday July 7, at 2:00pm.
