Holley: Patricia A. Seefeldt, age 61, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025 at Medina Memorial Hospital. She was born November 26, 1963 in Rochester to the late Robert and Peggy (Smith) Canne.
Patty was very family oriented, spending countless time with her children and grandchildren. She was also very crafty and very good at "DIY" stuff around the house. More recently she started baking cookies and other goods for her family. Patty was an avid lover of birds and dogs. She was also very active in her local community, volunteering at countless fundraisers and benefits for individuals.
Patty was predeceased by her grandchildren Kinzlee and Tyler.
Patty is survived by her daughters, Alicia (Kiki) Canne, Amanda (Metin) Basturk, bonus daughter, Danielle (Brian) Smith, grandchildren, Cole (Divere), Austin, Haven, McKenna, Gavin, Gianna, Owen, Zach, Thomas IV, Julianna, "adopted mother" Gail (John) Rachow, siblings, Pam (Todd) Moore, Mary (Todd) Knight, Bobby (Kris) Canne, Paula Canne, dear friends Andy Nau, Michelle & Steve Grimm, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Patty's family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home 16650 State Route 31 Holley, NY 14470 on Monday, December 1st from 3:00- 7:00pm. (Please feel free to wear pink in honor of Patty) Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Church of Nativity of the BVM 152 Main St. Brockport, NY 14420 on Tuesday at 11:00am. Interment will be held in Mt. Albion Cemetery in Albion.
