Obituary of Peggy Jean Witkop (BARRE)
Peggy Jean Witkop, age 52 of Johnny Cake Lane, died 10/18/09 at her residence following a short illness. She was born December 29, 1956 in Buffalo to Frank and Frances Otto and had lived in this area most of her life. Peggy was a graduate of Lyndonville High School and received her Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Fredonia in Music Education. Mr. Witkop was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church, and sang for many years in the Genesee Choral. Peggy loved animals and will be remembered as a person who showed and raised rabbits, as well as cocker spaniels and Labrador Retrievers.
