Perry E. "Bud" Moore, age 67, died unexpectedly at his home June 21, 2026. He was born August 31, 1958 in Lockport to Robert and Irene (Dunn) Moore and had lived in this area most of his life.
Bud was a United State Marine, a past volunteer fireman for the Rapids Fire Company and was a person who loved woodworking and in addition to having a great sense of humor, he would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Bud was also animal lover, especially dogs.
He is survived by his Dear Friend of over 19 years, Patricia Neace, his adopted children: Julie Hinman of Middleport, Eric (Keri) Neace of Lyndonville, his adopted grandchildren: Brandon, Lisa, Eric Jr., Nathan and his fur baby buddies: Jake, Boots, Myles and Remi.
There will be no calling hours and a private interment will take place in the Western New York National Cemetery with Military Honors at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: The Wounded Warriors Project, 600 River Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15212 or P.A.W.S., 3371 Gaines Basin Road, Albion, NY, 14411. Bud's arrangements have been entrusted to the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home of Middleport.
