Raymond "Ray" Coopenberg

Holley: Raymond Coopenberg, age 81, passed away unexpectedly at his home on October 30, 2022. He was born September 16, 1941 in Walden, NY to the late Rene Coopenberg and Marguirite Carter.

Ray was an active member of the Holley Volunteer Fire Co. and in his spare time enjoyed camping and golfing.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Eileen in November of 2003 and brother, Edward Coopenberg.

Ray is survived by his loving companion, Pat Leclair, children, Pam (Walter Briggs) Coopenberg, Terry (Wendy) Coopenberg, Carrie (Randy) Ledien, grandchildren, Christine (Danny) Christianson, Scott (Joann) Ledien, Cody (Hannah) Coopenberg, Kelly (Kayleigh Miller) Coopenberg, great grandchildren, Landon, Nevaeh, Maddy, Benjamin, brother, Bob (Betty) Coopenberg, sister-in-law, Bonnie Coopenberg, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services for Ray will be announced at a later date.

Ray’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home of Holley, NY.
