Robert N. Bush

Holley/Bergen: Robert N. Bush age 78 died October 2g, 2010 at Strong Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born May 17, 1932 in Watertown NY a son of the late Carl & Loretta (Rafferty) Bush and had lived in this area most of his life. Robert served in the US Army during the Korean War and was active in Civil Defense in Alleghany County. He was a teacher at the Genesee Valley B.O.C.E.S from 1967-1994. He enjoyed hunting, trains, woodworking, being outdoors and camping on The Hill.

He was predeceased by his son Corby, brothers Carl and Paul. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 46 years Shirley, his children Dennis L. (Cheryl) Graves of Whitesville NY, Danny Graves of WA., Dale Graves of Oneida, David (Sue) Graves of Sparta, Bobby (Jeanette)

Lipinski, Kristi (Tim) Bailey, Cory and Louis Graves, Brandi Copani, Nicholas Graves, Casey Bush, Gabriel and Garrett Scott, 5 great-grandchildren, sisters Rosie Robbins and Carol Dalton both of Cape Vincent, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes Inc. 16650 W. Albion Rd. Rte. 31 Holley, Saturday from 3:00-6:00 followed by his Funeral Service at the Funeral Home at 6:00pm.
