Rose M. Morse (Shepard)

May 2, 1937 — November 12, 2022

Middleport:  Rose M. Morse, 85, passed away 11/12/2022.  She was born in the Town of Royalton May 2, 1937, a daughter of the late Leo and Marie (Peters) Shepard.  Rose was a member of the Middleport United Methodist Church and a former member of Gasport Eastern Star #157.  Rose enjoyed bowling, knitting, golf, gardening and cats.  Rose’s greatest joy was spending time with family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Ralph; sons, Daniel (Jeannie), Steven (Annmarie), Thomas (Barbara); 8 grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Leo (Patricia) Shepard; sister, Jean (Donald) Sipple; several nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home 38 State St. Middleport on Thursday Nov. 17 from 4-7pm.  Rose’s funeral service will be held at the Middleport United Methodist Church 9 Park Ave, on Friday at 11:00.  Interment Royalton Mt. Ridge Cemetery.  Memorials to the church.
