Ruth C. Hudson

Ruth C. Hudson of Warsaw, formerly of Albion, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2022. She was born March 18, 1924 in the Town of Carlton to the late Ervin and Florence (Gorman) Clark.

Ruth was an avid roller-skater and loved square and round dancing with her late husband Robert. She also enjoyed tending to her roses and swimming early in the morning several times each week. Ruth was an active member of the Albion First Methodist Church and a past member of the Rebekah Lodge in Albion.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Robert of 59 years.

Ruth is survived by her children, Bonnie (Butch) Bowman of Wyoming, NY, Lynn (Darla) Hudson, of Rochester, NY, 7 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Ruth’s family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home 21 West Ave. Albion, NY 14411 on Friday, November 18th from 2:00-4:00pm where her funeral service will be held at 4:00pm. Interment will take place privately at Mt. Albion Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Ruth’s name may be made to the Activities Fund at The Cloisters 171 N. Maple St. Warsaw, NY 14569.
