Sally E. Dedicke

Gasport: Sally Dedicke, age 66 passed away August 30, 2026 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. She was born November 30, 1959 in Rochester to the late William and Joyce (Sherwood) Walkley.

Sally made her career a series of jobs where she worked and cared for people including young and life experienced clients. She most recently worked as a Care Manager at New Directions Youth & Family Services in Lockport. She was also a caregiver for many years to her mother Joyce.

Sally is survived by her son Alex Dedicke, grandson Xavier Roman, siblings Robert (Sue) Walkley, Charles (Christine) Walkley, Barbara (Santos) Walkley. She was also blessed to have 28 first cousins and their many children, her friends and loving pets.

Sally's family will receive friends at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home 4521 Main St. Gasport, NY 14067 on Saturday, September 12th from 11:00am-1:00pm, a time of sharing to celebrate her life will begin at 11:45am during calling hours. You are welcome to bring favorite stories and remembrances to share.
