Sandra E. Linberg, age 88, died November 3, 2026 in United Memorial Medical Center-Batavia. She was born October 2, 1938 in Brockport to Elmer and Evelyn (Arnold) Berglund and was a life-long resident of this area.
Sandra was a member of the Albion 1st Presbyterian Church and a long-time volunteer for the Meals on Wheels program. She attended the Medina Senior Citizens Center and was a frequent traveler with the Busy Buddies Group. Sandra also enjoyed Reggae Music, knitting, crocheting, BINGO and constantly being on the go. She retired from the Albion DDSO as a Developmental Aide in 2000 and since then has loved every moment that she's been able to spend with her grandchildren. Mrs. Linberg was predeceased by her husband Robert her granddaughter Sheena Krepp and her grandson Robert MacWhinnie.
She is survived by her daughters: Sylvia (Rick Campbell) Linberg of Albion, Faith Nichols of PA, her sisters: Shirley Davis of Fairport, Susette Langston of Charlotte, NY, her grandchildren: Jonathan, Jeremy, Mary, Jessica, Matthew as well as several great grandchildren and Nieces.
A private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity or organization of your choice. Sandra's arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home of Albion.
